1.	Ross Walquist is President of Family Benefit.  He prepares quarterly financial statements and carefully evaluates and guards our operation to maintain profits.  At year end he prepares and files an Annual Statement with each State Insurance Department that our company is licensed with.  He purchase Bonds for the company.
2.	Linda Schroer serves as secretary to the President, Chairman of the Board and the Vice-President of Operations.  Linda does accounting, processes death claims and administers the purchase and sale of stock.
3.	Howard Toombs is Vice-President of Data Processing.  He maintains our electronic system of operation making it possible to increase our growth without adding more employees.
4.	Lois McCarty handles annuities, retirement payments, publications, agent records, mailing records and general record-keeping.  Lois helps direct incoming calls and fields many questions and requests from our annuity clients.
5.	Joel Schroer is our company Underwriter.  He processes each application received, fields queries from clients and agents and makes filings for new and revised policies to the State Insurance Departments for approval.
